With Ideal Soins, I built a mobile app that brings doctors and nurses together around the same patient record:

• Patient record created in one minute.
• Vital signs recorded at the patient's home and sent to the doctor automatically, without a phone call.
• Prescriptions and infusion protocols generated in a few clicks, digitally signed by the doctor.
• Real-time messaging, with every exchange logged.

Security and compliance by design

Health data is hosted on HDS-certified infrastructure, in line with GDPR. Every handover is traced: you know who entered what and when, which improves safety for patients and caregivers alike.
